I just bought this along with an Action Cup and PPC.  Warranty paperwork showed it was sent because the rear sight was canted when the owner got it.  Shows that it was test fired at that time by the factory but it appears that may have been it.  The extra barrel and all paperwork were with the gun.

I did get really lucky.  I have a supermag identical to that one.  I may put one of them on Gunbroker.  My other one doesn't have the box,extra barrel but has been shot very little.  I may hang on to the PPC and Action Cup unless financial reasons force a sale.  If i sell one it would probably be the PPC.
