Sweet!!! The 10V is nice. I have a 10 VH and its real heavy. All ya need is a 4". There is something very reassuring about a 744. The adjectives indestructable, invincible, and intimidating come to mind.
Ole Dog, I think you just helped me make up my mind on the next Dan acquisition!!
A 744 4"H. Any leads?

OfflineThis is a Monson made 744 and the comp. is a EWK item. The EWK comp. has the shims and instruction sheet
that came with the set.
The plastic barrel tool and pouch was there to.  Serial #SB00193X .Â

OfflineArlen, I've got an extra frame but the thought of parting with my 4"VH ba gives me an anxiety attack. In a perfect world I would have a 4" compensated barrel and shroud from the factory. I have an EWK comp but the real McCoy is the bomb. Would set you back about the price of a 15-2 but a 4"VH and EWK comp. would run you well above $300 anyway. JMHO. Ron

OfflineThat was a nice find, especially in a local shop. Around here, you rarely find anything but 15--2's in local shops. You are going to have alot of fun with that setup.
