We've been talking lately about nickel 22s and 22 Mag cylinders so it's appropreate that the article from 1980 was next on the scan list!
It's a pretty interesting article about the 22 and here are a few facts that I found interesting:
1) The model 22 was introduced in 1979.
2) A 22VH6 weighed in at 47 oz. and a 15VH6 was 5 oz. lighter at 42 oz.
3) Was noted by author that the bluing on the DW was as deep adn lustrous as Colt's top of the line Python!
4) A 22VH8 retailed for $281.80
5) The company said that the 44 Mag was coming soon!
