This is not an honor given to these great kids, it's an acknowledgement earned by their accomplishments.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Just watched that on the news- I need some Cheesy Grits! Oops.. the story is much bigger than just homecoming court. They actually work in the school coffee shop too. The shop is operated by the special needs students- pretty cool.
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

It's really refreshing to see stories like this... it's not to far in our past when these young ones would have been secluded in classrooms away from their peers. It's amazing how much joy they bring to those that come in contact with them. Thanks for sharing Steve!
