What's your favorite DW semi auto and why?

Shopping around for first DW semi auto, but there's nothing in New Stock anywhere to hold.   I have always been a revolver guy, but am slowly adapting.

I have a Glock 19 for wife and daughter, but I find it too small and light for my tastes.   I like my son's CZ-75, as it is larger, and I am more accurate with it.

Looking for something similar in frame size and weight.

I have more than most but I like them all for different reasons. Are you looking for an EDC? Target pistol? All around type?

My first DW ever was a Guardian for SD purposes but found I just enjoyed shooing it as well as carrying. You really can't go wrong with any DW 1911!!!

I started and kinda stuck with the Pointman Series. My favorite has always been the 45 ACP but it's enjoyable to just plink with 115gr. 9mm from a full sized 1911.

Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

I don't have a DW semi yet, but would love to have a Pointman Seven or Pointman Major.

I have only shot my Guardian in 45 ACP but I love it. It’s extremely accurate for my son and myself and not too bulky to carry for me. I don’t think it’s as pretty as, let’s say, a Kodiak😍 but I really like the pistol all the way around. Good luck finding the one you want.

PM-45 - it's got everything I wanted and nothing I didn't want.  Next is the Mitchell Gold Series that DW built for Mitchell and was sold branded under the Mitchell name.  It's the same gun as the PMA-S.  And then finally is the older style Heritage with the brushed finish frame.
