Forty-four years, one month and eleven days ago I made the best commitment of my life.
She has given me two wonderful, smart, hard-working and honorable children.
She has supported and participated with me in all of my hobbies; cars, Nikon's, and guns.
Fathers Day is coming and she has been after me for weeks to decide what I want as a gift. Finally, last week I ordered an Arsenal AF2011-A1 double barreled pistol in stainless. Who knows when or if it will ever arrive.
So she was still dissatisfied and last night she hauled me off to a gun store to buy something. She figured with the required 3-day wait here that we could pick it up in Sunday. As it turns out, they close at 6:00pm. on Sunday and since we didn't complete the transaction until about 8:00pm., I'll have to wait until Monday morning to pick up the spoils.
At one point we had five guns on the counter; 3 Dan's and 2 Wilson's. We finally narrowed it down to 2; a NIB DW CBOB and a Wilson Combat CQB Elite.
Finally she said, "buy them both." We did. Can't wait 'til Monday.

Wow!!! Can you shoot two handed? That is whay you call a supportive wife. The two great kids are the real present though. Just can't top that, ever.
