Lost the text trying to get the pics to post. This little dw with a 4in barrel is the wife’s favorite. I wanted to try the 2 1/2 on this frame. Little Gun was 24 for 24 double action. I’ll probably put her barrel on before next trip. Cliff

All I did was ask a question, because sometime pictures don't show what's really there.
Let's try again .. Your pics appear to be of a really cool old gun, that has been so used and loved, that the finish is almost gone or is it just the light?

I love that snub noise I have the same one. It took a while to find the grips they are much harder to find than a regular target frip. That's the beauty of Dan Wessons. You can take a cannon and in a few seconds make a great little carry gun. It's a little Dan before the little Dan! Here is a pic of mine!

You guys and your short barrel Pics are making me crazy!! I have the 2.5 inch barrel assembly but no frame to put it on. Guess I need to look for a 14-2 frame for my barrel assembly. Not often seen though. Too bad the guy that sold DW parts on e-bay / gunbroker has stopped selling. He always had DW stuff for sale. I think his name was Toltec or something similar to that.

There is a frame only on GB right now don't know what model for I think $450 The guy buys pistol pacs breaks them up sells everything on ebay and then sells the gun without the barrel on GB

When I bought my 2 1/2 you couldn’t find a Dan Wesson BA. sense i was just wanting a shooter I went ahead and bought the C-Z .well worth what I paid for it

How about a Pork snubby? One of my W12's wearing the 2 1/2 BA. To me, this short BA makes that tall front sight look even taller!

Nice snubs all around and thanks, Cliff, for posting yours. I bought a CZ barrel because I just wanted a shooter also. It carries pretty well too.
