Serial is an SD and is in the 6000s.
Thanks for your time fellas.
From what I have read it would be a model 715 made in 82??
Curious as to what its worth. Some scratches...not perfect at all.

Actually it is a 714. 7=stainless, 14 = fixed sight service model, 15 = adjustable sight target model.
Very nice by the way. Value is subjective but I would put it in the $500.00 ballpark depending on condition and region.

Yep, a 714 wearing a 4" BA...it looks good from here!
The cool thing about stainless DW's is that outer scuffs are easily cleaned up with scotchbrite & some polish.
For the price, I'd say you did real good, too.

I think its Wesson week locally!
Someone just posted a DW model 12 pistol pack. Says he bought it new in 74 and never fired it.
What's she worth?

Prices for W12 Pacs vary quite a bit with online auctions, but I'd say if you can bring it home for anywhere between $500-800, you're doing good.

Guy is asking 700 for the pistol pac and I am tempted to make an offer just not sure as to value.

If it includes the case, that's not a bad price, IMO.
The bore brush isn't a DW item, and that may indicate that the gun has been fired. Or maybe it's not fired & the guy uses the brush to keep the rust away by oiling the barrel bores periodically?
