Mike, I was only refering to the possible overlap in 79-80. On the 2 metal tools. I really don't know when the plastic came about?

I think we all know there is no concrete answer to this... I'm sure there was a box of old wrenches lying around for years--and when it surfaced, it went right back into Pacs...
