OK so the next item to fix... that cylinder stop. Does that need to be pressed in by a smith or what? Do you super-glue it?
On a DW 15-2.. is the cylinder crane and cylinder "tuned/indexed" to a specific gun, or should it just swap out?
Soap Box, Ballot Box, Ammo Box
in that order.

The factory ones are press fit, but automotive grade super glue should hold as well, use sparingly and carefully, it will mar the finish. The cylinders are tuned to the pistol as the star or area that the hand turns the cylinder has factory allowable variances and they have to be touched up by hand to insure proper timing.
