What does "RH shroud" mean? What is it?

It is a very well made aftermarket barrel shroud that Eric, at EWK Arms, makes. IIRC it stands for Rail- Heavy. He has machined a rail into the shroud for those who use optics and don't want to damage an OEM schroud by clamping a mount too tight or drilling holes.
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....
