Hello all,
I am in the process of liquidating my firearms collection and moving onto other hobbies (too many of them!)
I have two Dan Wesson revolvers purchased in the early 80's and used for a few seasons of IHMSA, an 8" model 44 and matching 8" .22lr. Both in excellent cond. Regularly cared for and cleaned since.
Where's the best place to sell these? Gunbroker perhaps? Does anyone have any experience with any of the main on-line market places?
Is there a source for values on these firearms?

Gunbroker will bring the best price do some research on Dan Wesson sold in the completed sale area on Gunbroker

Just watching what is currently for sale is also a way to learn values. If there are no bidders at opening price they are overpriced. Also, if the starting price is too high it discourages bidding. The gun could end up selling for more if it starts at a dollar and a bidding war ensues.
