I got the IHMSA 445 through Kittery Trading Post.  I've bought several firearms through them and their online ratings are pretty accurate in most cases.  They will send pics to your email, and best of all- they have a 7 day hold so you get go through the buyer's remorse and still have enough time to convince yourself you really needed that (insert firearm name here).

Whittaker Guns is a place that occasionally has a DW firearm as well.

With both places; don't get your hopes up- call.  They each update their sites, but not as fast as their inventory rotates.
