I have 3 “Gould & Goodrich” double speed-loader pouches all are model # B494.
They seem to fit my. 38/.357 6-shot revolver HKS 10 & 10A speed-loaders just fine.
I recently got another one & noticed something odd I could do with a bit of help on. I'm guessing there are 1970's or so police issue?
I just noticed, on the rear of the flap, an additional marking one has a "34" another a "35", & the 3rd one is unmarked.
Can anyone give me a clue what the difference is?
I was originally thinking dedicated to .38Spl or .357 because of dept authorized ammo or something but don't really know. all 3 seem to take ,357 which doesn't support that bright idea!

Callahan -
Are you sure that is a speed loader case? It looks more like a magazine case, and when I search a Gould & Goodrich B494 a magazine case came up.
I'm sorry, I cannot help you here. That's going to be a tough question to answer, so if you have not already done so I would send or call in your inquiry directly to Gould & Goodrich. Maybe they have an employee there that has been around for several decades and can answer your question.
G&G has been a long-time producer of quality leather goods for firearms and duty. The only legacy product I still have hanging around after 40 years is this fine, lead-filled SAP. There are imitations, but nothing that meets the craftsmanship of G&G.
Here is their website...send them a msg.:

Yes absolutely. The one in your link is mis-labelled, It's a # B494.I know because that's the exact same one I bought!
There is a 494W which is a dual magazine pouch though, which may be causing some confusion.
Its shown with a speed-loader & 6 rounds of .357 Mag in 2 of the pictures.
One of the reasons I like it is because its configured more like a magazine case not with the entire width of the speed-loader outside the belt but straddling it.
Maybe they recycled an old part number, or the B prefix is for a revolver & the W suffix is for a pistol??

AAAh....I see how it works now. I saw the 2 photos with the speed-loader and wasn't quite sure how this case functions. I get it now...the speed-loader straddles the piece of leather.
The B494W is a speed-loader case also. Maybe the "W" stands for Basketweave?
Anyway, sorry I can't help you with the marking. I'd still send a msg. to the website and see if they have a "Historian" in the company.

Yep, the "divider" is actually some kind of thick rigid plastic. I like them because they don't add as much bulk as the ones where they hang out on the front of the belt.
I sent them an e-mail with the same images from here we'll see what they discover for me.
Interestingly the one I just bought seems to be unused!
Used ones distort the leather round the belt, but this one is impossibly tight to get on a duty belt!
