Now are the square tang grips only for large frames and the round for the small frames? Can they be for either, is there any other different kind of attachment point? I would like to know the differences that I can spot so I don't accidentally buy a mislabeled set.

Square is for small frame, Round for large frame

See I had that part backwards. Any other way to tell the difference besides the square/round? To me (untrained eye) they both look very similar.
