OfflineJust got in my barrel wrench, allen wrench/gap spacer, and new front sight from EWK and installed. Nice fast shipping from EWK and their product seem to be top notch. Any who, after tightening down my grip a bit more to get rid of some wiggle I found out that the DA still works, in the house. Had a lot of 'splaining to do to the wife and my room is now covered in brick dust. IMHO 158gr gold dots won't be good defense against a early 1900's brick wall. It got only about an inch of penetration.

OfflineYou know
is never going to let you forget that right
.
She's basically got a free pass on any dumb stunts for aleast a year now.
On another note it sounds like the Gold Dots performed awesome. Our
local Sheriffs use the Gold Dot .40 cal and swear by them. I saw some
testing on a 300 lb (dead) hog and it was impressive.
So now that you got your gray matter back online lets some
of that fixed 15.

Hehe, my first reaction after a click, click, boom was "You dumbass, you didn't clear it".

No you didn't ! Well I atleast it wasn't one of her couch pillows
. 20 years of firearms handling and I put a round into the wall. Needless to say after the wife was done crying (thought I'd redecorated the room in brain matter) she was very
