Ok, I picked up a Model 715 for the barrels, didn't really need the revolver well it gets here and the cylinder release is missing the spring and pin or screw that holds it in place.  So the cylinder will just push open and when you open it the latch will just slide up off the crane.

Any one have an idea how hard the parts will be to get and how hard of a fix is this for a guy with lots of Dan's and not much of a gunsmith.

Thanks in advance.

Very easy- on a scale of 1-10, it's a 2;

Call DW Parts,  607.336.1174 ext 21, purchase a latch spring and latch spring retaining pin.  Look at schematic, slide the latch up and out, place spring in, replace latch, screw in retaining pin.  Viola!

Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

To the paranoid people who check behind shower curtains for murderers:

if you find one...what's your plan?

What size is the latch retaining screw on a 715? Is it a 2-56?

Perhaps you might visit New Members?

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
