The prospect of modifying a 14-2 for a rear sight has come up from time to time.......here's one on GB. It looks like whoever did the mod. did a a pretty good job on it, but it would have been nice in its original state.
**Wrong forum....mods. please move as you see fit. Revolvers?

Not sure what they did almost looks like a grinder was used!!! Why when 15-2s are everywhere!!!

What a waste IMHO. And 10 people have bid on this?
Ad is misleading as well, saying it's a 15-2 but in the small print mega diatribe it says it's a 14-2. I have to believe an adequate POA/POI might be impossible to achieve.

I agree. Not with that current front sight, at least.

I was the one who pointed out the 14-2 on the box but a Millett rear sight. I was complementary of the fine job. The seller was grateful for bringing it to his attention but all he could do was add the information. What first caught me eye was the wrong shroud for a 15-2. Ah, right shroud wrong rear sight. I would hope who ever installed it made sure it would work. I wonder if it also has rapid fire trigger. Yuk yuk.

Yes, and it just looks awkward and clunky
