I am interested in purchasing this little beauty but have no idea what I should offer for it. A little help would be greatly appreciated.

What else goes with it, manual?, barrel tool? Extra grips? Box?
I assume the gun is marked Palmer, MA as the single line on the shroud indicates a Palmer shroud.
For just the gun as pictured, assuming it locks up tight and isnt worn, I'd be thinking about $500 in today's market, maybe a little more depending on where in the country you are.
Anything worth doing is worth doing well.

It is actually from Monson, Mass. Serial # 357 S 001XXX and it comes just as pictured. No extra anything. $500.00 seems like a fair price. Seems like this is fairly rare as it is so hard to find comparisons for it.
