Try GB for the old chrome style. Try God for the newer style.

BTW-the old chrome style is small and frankly pretty cheesy looking.
There is one source, cost varies: buy the cheapest DW grip you can find, especially a really beat up one, and pop the medallions out for use in whatever special project you have in mind
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

I am with Steve on this one! I have some of the ebay ones they are small and noting like I have seen on DW grips!
