So, I am looking through my 2025 acquisitions for the DWF 2026 Calendar submissions. And, I come across some 2011 G&A article about Dan Wesson bringing back the Revolvers, (SuperMags). Listed in the piece are:
Model 7445 Tactical: 4" Barrel, Rubber Grip, Matte Black "Yukon Coat" and tactical accessories rail. $1395
Model 7445 Safari: 8", Stainless, with special presentation case and both rubber and rosewood grips. $1795
Anyone Have or seen one of these?

Sounds like ones that were never made. This is CZ time frame they made the 715 in 2014 I never herd of any others.

Ditto Stan. CZ never made anything but a 715. They decided eventually to make new Snake guns and destroyed the market for the original Pythons.

CZ cataloged & sold 7445’s (regular and Alaskan Guide Specials) for a while and I have seen others that were marked DWC which is what they were marked after CZ bought them (marked where NYI was). Also, just to clarify dates, DW started making the 715 in 2012. They then discontinued them and reintroduced again in 2014/15.

I have an Alaska Guide 7445 that I acquired direct from DW in April of 2003. I'm wondering how close to the end it was. SN RV417X

Bob Serva sold DW to CZ in 2005. The sale included all inventory but CZ kept making only the 715 for a short while. Then, after a couple of years they started making a restyled 715 for a short while. I am sure other folks can give the exact years. IMHO, the sale to CZ put DW out of the revolver business.
