Greetings,
Ejector Rod Bushing- I've ordered this part for my 715 DW. Does anyone have a photo available that shows where, and how, this tiny part is installed. I'm building a spare cylinder/crane/ejector assembly for my DW.
Does the ejector slide through this bushing. Is the Ejector Rod Bushing fixed?
A photo would help me.

From the schematic, it looks like to me like the bushing just slips over the ejector rod, thereby stopping the ejector rod spring in place.
Does that sound right?

Yep the ejector rod bushing keeps the spring centered and the rod passes through it.
I got a keyless drill chuck at a close out store for $2.00. I have no clue what drill it fits but is perfect for griping the ejector rod for dis/reassembly. I got the chuck idea from Shoot, they come in handy for a lot of things in the gun room.

Thanks for the diagram Shoot.
After tightening the chuck onto the ejector rod, you then turn the chuck counter-clockwise to unscrew the rod from the ejector, right?

Yep, that will unscrew it.

A- counterclockwise
B-- make sure you have empty cases in cylinders to support the star
C-- you can put a LOT of pressure on with this chuck in your hand--don't overdue it or you will break something (this applies to tightening it back up also.)
