I was looking for wood grips for my "new" 15-2 and I found a smooth walnut target grip/square tang advertised as Dan Wesson that looked good. It was $18.95 on ebay and I was the only bidder. Seller said he didn't know what gun it would fit so don't ask.  I saw what looked like the same grip also on ebay for @$100 advertised as "rare" early DW grip with no medallion. Comparing the photos I couldn't tell any difference. Did DW make a factory smooth walnut target grip w/o medallion early on? I thought for the price it was work taking a chance, so I own it and should be here in a few days. That is, the $25 grip not the $100.
