It looks like you fixed the latch, but hows the matching cut in the frame?
BOTH have to be good to work.

Hi,
I dont have a gun handy today and next days. The frame is OK, also it index the latch well, the only issue is that it hold in the frame too weakly.

How about the bolt (Part #37) the little thing that pops up from the bottom center of the frame & should drop into the semi-circular cuts in the cylinder walls?

Rowan has a porkchop, Model 15. I suspect new springs all around would work wonders. Especially the dedent ball spring.

OK. I don't have any firsthand knowledge of the 15, just the 15-2 so I'll quit muddying the waters.
