I found this ad on eBay or somewhere. Thought it was worth sharing here. I also seen a post on another site about a Dan Wesson Elk Hunter... Wondering if they made others besides the Deer Hunter. The poster on the other site never produced pictures so I can't compare.
I've seen a few of the commemorative pistols at gun shows, all were Monson guns and the owners wanted top dollar for them. They were all well engraved and gold filled.

I remember seeing one that was engraved in a manner to celebrate the United States Constitution.

Robert- Just out of curiosity, about how much was "top dollar"? I personally would never own a commemorative or presentation model, too much money for a pistol I wouldn't ever shoot, but they are beautiful to see and admire.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
