I bought a bare pistol frame off Gun Broker to go along with my 15-2 357 pistol pak. I think the barrel shroud alignment pin may be bent. I don't have anything to accurately measure just eyeballed it. The 4"barrel fits with minor force but the others just start on the pin and don't want to slide on. I thought the pin would be easier to pull but it does not want to come out. Any secrets / tips to get that out. Thanks in advance for any help.

It may be loctited in. Touching it with a soldering iron may loosen the glue. Or pull harder with a pliers. You will need a new one any way. They are standard size roll pins.  If it is your intention to rebuild it into a usable frame you will have a problem if you don't have the original sideplate. They are fitted before polishing and are not all the same.

I had a couple fall out or  one I had to drill out that broke off. you can buy them at Jack first and then hold it with needle nose pliers and tap it in with a hammer. they our made to fit a little larger than the hole and as you tap it into place it compress into the hole and should stay fine into place

Use a rubber or plastic headed hammer. Or a screwdriver handle.
