I'm trying to figure out just what vintage my new 15-2 might be.
Not that it really matters, but there's a lady I'll be teaching to shoot who was probably born about the same time as my DWA.

We have no official records, since all the factory documentation was seized by the ATF when DW went bankrupt and have to rely on original owners or paperwork found with used guns, which are submitted for inclusion in our Serial Number Registry.
Looks as if yours was manufactured in 1977 or '78.

I knew that there's no firm database, but that guess is good enough for me.
Nothing particularly kewl about mine that pics would be of interest. It looks like a Dan Wesson. 😉
