You might run into the 357 casings being a little hard to remove because of the residue left by the shorter 38spl rounds, I do depending on the 38 loads, which can be a little annoying. Don't force the ejector to try and get these out, use a small diameter wood dowel or such and hold the gun firmly at the cylinder to help remove stuck 357 casings (UNLOAD unfired rounds first!). Cleaning definitely helps with this.
