I think the model 15-2 bbls will fit a model 15 [pork chop bbl] frame. Is this correct?

The barrel will screw on, but shooting it would be not so fun. The purpose for the "leg" on a Porkchop shroud is to hold the front of the crane into the frame when you swing the cylinder open. If you use a 15-2 shroud, the crane would want to slip out of the frame each time you swing the cylinder open.

CF covered this one! Not fun at all. Now a couple years ago on GB someone was selling a Pork chop with some kind of adapter on it that had a 15-2 BA attached. Not saying it can't be done just with the no tang you would have mess!

Thanks, I was going to get an EWK bbl when they are in stock and considered a 6" bbl & shroud as well. Oh, well if I want a long 357 I have the blackhawk.
