Rear sight blade loose ... how do I fix that ...

Model 715 ... at the range today and noticed that the rear sight blade is loose ... I have never noticed it before but maybe it has always been that way. I am able to slide a thickness of cardboard from a shell box between the main part of the sight and the blade, that is how much slack there is. Wondering if that is normal or if not how I go about removing the blade and what to do to fix it ... any suggestions?

This is common to the DW and Ruger design. There are suggestions in past threads to help minimize the movement. Use the search feature on the forum. "tight" DW sights command premium prices as do the Millet.
