This is probably common knowledge already but I'll throw it out here anyway. The front sight screws are a 4-40 x 5/16 cup-point set screw. McMaster Carr has them for $4.25 / 100 pk. in stainless and $8.88 / 100 pk. in black. With shipping $20 should get you a lifetime supply. The local Ace Hardware stores have them as well in their fastener hardware section for about $0.25 ea.
