There are places that you can rent a 3d printer. I think some FedEX locations have them. I don't know all the details but all you need is a cad file of the part and they will make it for you. There are a bunch of places online that do the same thing and some do metal printing (Handy if you need to make a die...).
If you can get a scan of the part, they can duplicate it. If not, then how are your CAD skills?
Did some of that when I was Much Younger...and Patient...I was Not all that good at it!!! I am as Likely to get the wood burner out and Draw the darn thing!!!
