Here is another Large Frame disassembly/assembly tutorial with a different method of seating the hand/transfer bar in to place.  I have not tried or verified this method, but it's a different twist on reassembling the trigger group into the frame (I always have success with the "thread" method).  This is generally the "most difficult" part of the disassembly/assembly of the Large Frame guns.
