22Lr & 22WMR CYLINDERS. My first 22Mag firearm ever. Bought it from my LGS last weekend, finally got there to pick it up after the mandatory IL 72-hour waiting period. No sales tax since it was a consignment.
First thing, giving her a good cleaning, very dirty. I’ve found Ballistol is a great cleaner and protector. I learned about Ballistol from Hickok45 many many years ago now.
Looking forward to shooting for the first time…Hopefully this Sunday, April 13, 2025. Supposed to be 73-degrees & sunny here.X

Stan, Florida has laws similar to Arizona. No CC permit needed anymore but if you want to travel out of state with your gun you need a permit. Also, if you have a CC permit there is no 3 day (really 5 days) wait. Just pick up and go.
I need to get one of those SW 22mag Semis ASAP. I would get a 5.7 but I have 2 RIA 1911s in 22TCMs that hold 19 rounds. I have a bunch of ammo. The RIA also has 9mm barrels and recoil spring.
Lastly, I don't think HS made stainless guns. My MKiV has nickel. Snake eye and I shot one of my 45Colt Crusaders. We didn't shoot enough to ascertain it's accuracy. There aren't many folks who have actually shot one. Lol.
