OfflineI know they are Colt's, but I've always had a soft spot for Pythons.
From the top right: 1968/4" barrel; 1979/6" barrel/unfired; 1985/4" & 6" barrel/unfired
From the top left: 1981/2" barrel/unfired; 1969/2" barrel/unfired
Bottom from left: 1981/8" barrel; 1969/8" barrel; both have 80% engraving coverage (by a retired Colt engraver) with genuine elephant ivory grips.

Sorry the picture is a little big, but it shows better detail.
Stay tuned for some pics of the 1911 style collection (45s, 9s and others)
Thanks

That's a bunch of beauties for sure, thanks for showing them off.

Do you also have shooter grade Colts, or do you mainly collect them & leave them unfired?
By in large almost everything I have becomes a safe queen once I get it. I have many older guns (rifles and handguns) that were used prior to me acquiring them, but all but a few just find a home in one of the safes. If/when I do get older ones that are unfired, they stay that way; including many new purchases. I have a few favorites that I shoot pretty regular, especially those I would use for home or self defense.
