I've been wanting a Dan Wesson in .45 Colt for a while now but finding one for sale is like looking for hen's teeth. And when you do find one for sale it's priced so high you have to have more money than Donald Trump to be able to afford it. Well I finally decided that I was never going to be able to attain that grail gun, so I settled for the next best thing--a Smith and Wesson model 25-5 nickel plated with an 8 3/8" barrel.

 

Both targets are at 15 yards from bench rest. Left target is 230 gr RN plated under 7.5gr W231. The right target is 250 gr LRNFP under 5.2gr American Select. Both targets are 20 rounds (on each target). Recoil on both was very manageable and no sight adjustment was necessary.
