That's a beautiful little cannon you have there. How bad of a recoil do those have?

I like it ! 
I have almost bought the 460 at least 3 times now. Would
definitly choose it over the 500, flatter shooting and ammo is half the
price. Plus I love those Hornady FTX bullets.

I know it's not a DW, but I would highly recommend the 460xvr. I love mine, it loves 300 grain xtp mag bullets over H110, I'd have to look up the load, but it runs about 1650 fps, which is really in the 454 Casull range, but the recoil in very manageable. Be sure you've got a tree or something to lean against when you shoot it in the field, unless you're Paul Bunyan this gun is a handful.

BAD I have a handmade thumbrest grip that I put on it to shoot,
otherwise very hard to hold.
