So non lead ammo can pierce armor? What are they thinking of using as a substitute, steel or nylon? Wonder what that will do to the cost of reloading supplies? Will they still be able to use lead ammo for target shooting or will the ban extend to all ammunition? That would make target shooting and reloading more expensive I would think.
