Interesting yes, but 
not sure about those, except that I think our legislators have more pressing matters to worry about.

My goodness, what a perplexing reply!
These laws provide for the use of guillotines for execution of criminals and the broadcast of executions in public schools.
I have to suggest that you read the pages again, more closely.

I merely meant by my reply that it is amazing what gets put in legislation these days, or 15 years ago.
