Hello and glad I found you all.
Back in the day had Dan Wesson 44 Pistol Pack and in a moment of weakness sold it to fellow club member showing serious drive and promise in long range pistol shooting. He made great use of it, but I regretted my decision for years.
Recently a friend, hearing my constant talk about Dan Wesson this and Dan Wesson that, traded me a slightly beat up Monson blued Dan Wesson 44 incuding a standard and ported 8" barrels. The crown on the ported barrel is slightly damaged but otherwise in good shape.
I believe in this handgun and am now planning build around it.
