My first post, I am revisiting the firearms of my youth, my first center fire revolver was a 6” model 15 and when the Silhouette crazy started I picked up a 15-2 again in 6”. Later on I got 4” barrel for the 15. And now I am planning on picking up barrels for the 15-2. I found a 2 1/2 in shroud only and a 8” shroud only on EBay and then found nuts there as well.
trying to find barrels now. Seems to be rare on eBay. From looking around it seems a 357 Magnum Barrel liner is a good starting point to make barrels from but finding the odd 17/32 40 TPI die is a sticking point.
Having lived for the last 30 years in AZ I am now accustomed to the endless summer from a guy who grew up in PNW.
Well thanks for reading this far, May all your shots be in the 10 ring.

Welcome. These days many eBay sellers are selling the barrels separately from the shrouds and nuts. You would be better off buying barrel assemblies than the individual parts. Dan Wesson is not making barrel tubes anymore I think and the prices have soared.
Be aware that model 12 and 15 front sights are taller than models 11 and 14. Also they are taller than than models 14-1 and 15-1. The 14 - 1 has a cut in the frame for a rear sight instead of the rear sight on top of the frame. The 15-1 has a High Standard rear sight which is lower than the 15. They they will not shoot to point of aim without changing the front sight.

Welcome from Texas!
Since you said you are on the search for new barrels for the 15-2, I am surprised no one mention they are still available fron Dan Wesson-CZUSA:
