OfflineHello from good ole GA. I recently purchased a mod 14-2 Dan Wesson and found this forum. Love the info here.
You know how we ALL have had one gun (or more) we sold- but wished we hadn't ?
Well for me- that was a Dan Wesson Pistol Pak that I had to sell from a divorce about 25 yrs ago.. My parents owned a Western Auto Store- and there were lots of guns I wished I still had-but the ole DW just stuck in my craw.
I finally added one back to the collection.. and love it. Pics Coming- nothing fancy about her- but in great shape.
Thanks for all the info you folks have supplied here.

OfflineScotty- Good to have you here. Lot's of stories here about "the one that got away", I'm glad I kept my first DW. There is that walnut gripped, bright nickle S&W M 39 that still bothers me, though
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

OfflineWelcome!
ahh yes the ones that got away... my first was a DW 22V8... yeah traded "up" to a 15-2. Which meant instead of killing paper for .001$ per shot I do it for .20$ per shot.
Though plates are much easier with a .38!
