Hello from South Texas. Recently purchased a pre owned Dan Wesson. I believe it is a 744 with the 4” barrel. It was a bit loose when I got it. I found the barrel tool kit on eBay and tightened it with the shin in place. I am not sure if I need to do anything else before I test fire. This is my first interchangeable barrel gun.
