OfflineGood evening all!
Unfortunately, I'm trying to help the wife of a dear friend, who passed away earlier this year, to determine a fair value/price for a DW Stainless Pistol Pac he had as well as any other information members of the forum may be able to offer. I believe it's a model 715, manufactured in Monson, and based on the serial number, possibly 1982 or 1983 vintage. It is very clean and appears to have been fired very little. I don't believe any of the other barrels were ever used. Also includes four different sets of walnut grips.
I apologize. Don't know why the photo loaded upside down!
Any information or assistance is greatly appreciated.
Prices are rising very fast so it is hard to determine a value without giving a large range. I think good pictures are important for top dollar. Google Dan Wesson Gunbroker and narrow the search to Revolvers, etc. You will see prices they sell for, prices they don't sell for and then a range depending on who and how many are bidding. Be patient and do research.
I can also give you my estimate of between $2000 and $3000. Or maybe a little more if the condition is fine.

By now though the top egg-crate foam needs to be replaced but it's an easy fix.  Be careful of the hinges too,.... they're plastic and can break.
