I've had the pleasure of coming into ownership of my first Dan Wesson revolver but I'm not sure exactly what I have. Can anyone enlighten me and give me a ballpark value of this gun?

Welcome to the Forum from Wisconsin. You are the proud owner of a very nice Model 715, the 7 designates it is stainless. The value is around 700 - 800 unless you have the box and accessories which include, barrel tool, gap tool, and misc. paperwork which would make it worth more.

Where is the best place to look for additional barrels and tools? Also, looking to put a scope on it, any suggestions on the best path?

Check with the Dan Wesson factory directly .. contact Genny Spencer, the Office & Production Manager at Dan Wesson Firearms at this email;
The best tool IMHO is the EWK, but if you want / need OEM, there is always feePay too. Regarding a scope mount, .357 Mag and smaller cartridges are okay with a clamp on style mount, but anything larger should have a professional Drill & Tap mount setup.
