Hello guys, I just picked up an used Valor VBob from Buds. Ive owned several 1911s over the years, mostly Kimber and Springfield. But decided I wanted something a little better.

I love the premeditated pun..."something better", and you're probably right. I just sold a Kimber Covert Carry II and a Ruger SR1911. I have to say both were very fine weapons and there were no problems with either, I just wanted my two DW revolvers more...um, at the time. I am interested in the DW Valor, but the price is beyond my means. I'd have to sell something to afford one...hmmm, wonder what I could get for the revolvers....no, no, no!

Welcome Eric from central PA. You got a great gun in the VBOB and you certainly did 'move up'. They spoil you quick, and they can become addictive DWAS, Dan Wesson Acquisition Syndrome, can set in without warning and soon you will have other Dan's, maybe even a few wheel guns. Post a range report when you get your new acquisition out to stretch its legs. We love pics so post a few pics of your targets if you like.
