Just got my first revolver. Model 15 with the 6" barrel. Found this site and already it's been really helpful!

The Model 15 is a great place to start, and the 6" seems to be the standard. I was amazed what a different pistol a .357 becomes with a 4" barrel, it rivals the 1911 as the classic combat handgun, with a balance that is very natural. When you have a chance to pick up a 4" barrel, give it a try. Welcome to Dan Wesson Forum.
