YAA (Yet Another Addiction) - grey beard here, recalling Dan Wesson pistols making a splash shortly after getting back from RVN. Interested in T/C, both modern and muzzleloaders, which lead to a Combat Commander, which lead to a PA-63 and a CZ 82, which prompted mgmt to buy her own S&W 9 semi at our last gun show. Just bought what appears to be a pristine 357 15-2, probably take a week or better for it to get up here. Really looking forward to it. Can't hear very well any more, can't grow hair, can't see, but I can still enjoy quality.
Like long walks in the woods, being able to get things done right the first time (hence the T/Cs), and disappointed in the turn this country has taken in the past decade or two.
But it's still better than a face full of dirt. Happy to have found another group of civil individuals sharing a common interest. I'll sit in the corner and lurk for a while, joined because I've found some tremendous informative threads here. Many thanks to Jody for cranking this up; not easy being a spark plug.
