Hello!
Many of you seasoned gun owners may be appalled to read my introduction but here it is.
Â
I have made my first ever handgun purchase and I bought a Dan Wesson Valor .45 cal (stainless). Everyone around me told me to get a Glock 9mm and everyone said I am crazy for spending $x amount on a handgun.
Â
So why? If this is going to be my first and last gun then I wanted the best that I could afford.

Bet you can't eat just one. Oh wait. That's potato chips. Bet it won't be the only one. Buckle up it is going to be a wild ride.Â

Beware the man with one gun, he knows how to use it... or he's married and has kids. Welcome to the DWF!
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

Thank you all for the warm welcomes. The funny thing is I am already pondering what my next gun will be. But I should spend a whole lot of time with my Valor first.

Welcome from Florida. Is the Isaac Walton League still up &running in Leesberg? If you don't know about them, find out, terrific place to shoot, camp, fish on 90 acres.
If you're going to drink, don't drive. Don't even putt.Â
