I really hope to learn cool stuff from you fellows, I had tried to learn by google but unfortunately, there are just a few sources to learn about DW and especially from my model 44.

Eddie,
Next time you login to the DWF click on FAQ’s. You will see one titled ‘when was my DW made’. You should be able to determine the year yours was made from the information listed there.

Just found that my 744VH is around ´83, would you know what does the prefix SB means? I just see that prefix in the first years.
